  Hotel was in a great location near two malls and restaurants but was very quiet in our room. Did not hear road or plane noise at all. Room was large and well appointed with black out shades included. Breakfast was good and the service at the hotel was impeccable. Emely was fantastic and friendly at check-in and check-out!!   Excellent value for money.

  Stayed for 4 nights, the location near to the airport was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the staff were also good. 2 mornings they had issues providing hot food for breakfast but they had put up signs to apologise and there were plenty of other options. The gym had plenty of equipment for the size of the hotel. The pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. There was only 1 day when the towels in our room hadn’t been replaced but when we made them aware this was rectified quickly.   Review of Holiday Inn Express Miami – Pre-Cruise Stay

  We stayed one night before our cruise and were really impressed with this hotel. It is very clean, modern, and clearly recently built. Our room was spotless, spacious, and the bathroom was well stocked with Dove products, which was a nice touch.The breakfast was great, with freshly made pancakes, sausage, egg, and a good range of chilled items such as yoghurts, fruit cups, and cereals. Coffee was available in the lobby at different times of the day (I suspect almost 24/7), which was very convenient.The location worked well for us. The hotel is right by a mall, which would have been ideal to explore if we had arrived earlier. Parking was easy and I never had trouble finding a space. It took around 20 minutes to drive to the cruise port in the morning, although traffic the night before was heavy when we tried to get to Bayside, taking over an hour and a half for a round trip. Within about 10 minutes’ drive there is also a good selection of restaurants and shops including Walmart, Chili’s, and Miller’s.Overall, I was incredibly impressed and would 100% recommend this hotel, especially for a pre-cruise stay. I would happily stay here again.   Post Holiday Flight stop over

  We stayed here last year and had an excellent stay so decided to do again this year, after a long flight from Glasgow and then London a Hotel near the airport for a night was required this fitted the bill perfectly there is a ‘BJs’ restaurant near by which was great for dinner and also a nearby shopping mall if you fancy popping in, Breakfast at the restaurant is complimentary and while not brilliant food it definitely hits the spot and is great value as part of the stay, being a gold member we were given a late check out which again was a nice touch Daniel Orellanos, General Manager at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Doral - Miami By IHG, responded to this review Thank you so much for the amazing review.   Great four (4) nights stay !

  We stayed here 4 nights ( room 506) in the second week of April before our cruise. We slept well for 4 nights with no major issue. I did heard few airplanes noise took off or landing around 10 pm, but the noise level were very low due to the good soundproof windows.The front staff Diana was very accommodating and friendly, We were able to check in a hour early and she provided us a quiet room that we requested.The hotel location was great , we can walk to to the international mall and 5 minutes drive to the Dolphin outlet Mall.The free breakfast was good, no complaint.The only complaints are the hot water in the shower was not hot enough and the in room safe was located at the bottom of the closet ( very dark to see and needs to bend down low to open and close).We will come back again if we are in the area for vacation.
