    Perfect choice on the way to Key West

    We made a quick stop in Florida City on the way to Key West. Arrived late, and left early morning. Check in was fast and friendly, room was huge and clean. Bed was standard Holiday Inn Express quality, we had a great sleep.Standard breakfast as all Holiday Inn Express locations: pancakes, eggs and sausage with orange juice and coffee. No surprise, but thats what we needed for this quick one night stop.

    Brilliant as usual. Friendly and helpful staff. Arranged a wheel chair as I hurt my back. You can't go wrong using Jet2!

    Absolutely great location to the keys and all it has to offer, but at a reasonable price. Breakfast was good and was well stocked.cleanliness was good, but you can tell it is slightly older; however, they appear to be making updates gradually. Room smelled a little musty but overall, a great option for those heading to the keys.

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would !!!! The staff steals !!! When I checked out I notice I left my beats headphones & when I looked at the location it said that they were at the hotel so I called the front desk the employee who answered the phone seemed to not care at all he answered the phone and when I explained my situation he said he didn’t see anything so then I called back to see if he could ask house keeping where he proceeds to say that he doesn’t know when they come in so he doesn’t know when I should called he was very unprofessional but the staff STEALS!!!! Stay away if you like to keep your things that you work hard for .

    It was very chaotic downstairs on Saturday nite when we checked in. The room was comfortable and no issues. Now breakfast was a different story. Whoever does the ordering of food and supplies needs help. The pancakes machine was broken or they didn't have the mix so they just put up a out of order sign. No plates for the food. But the did have cereal bowls so we were able to each use to make up for the lack of plates but next time send someone to Walmart to get supplies till your regular order comes in. Interesting I had read the reviews and saw the reviews so I wasn't surprised. Now I'm waiting for their cookie cutter response on this.
