    I just wanted to take a minute to review this hotel because of the extraordinary service I received. To make a long story short our flight had been canceled numerous times and we ended up arriving at 4am. I was in a terrible mood after a day of issues and being rerouted. Upon arrival I was prepared for the worst when I asked if we could have a little later of a checkout due to our arrival time. Expecting to be charged extra and told no ect. The man at the front desk was so kind and understanding. He knew what we had been through and simply said " not a problem miss" when would you like to check out and then gave us a quiet tucked away room. Im not sure of the managers name but his helpfulness took my stress level from a 10 to a 1 simply for exemplifying a little empathy. Our room was clean. Bed cozy and just giving us the extra hour of sleep was amazing. Thank you so much to the 4am manager working the early morning of 3/19/26. Your attitude and customer care were appreciated more than you could ever imagine.     Unprofessional Hotel Manager

    If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Our flight was delayed overnight, I texted the hotel and told them this and asked them not to cancel the room. I was told they would not, then after 30 hours of travel we arrived and they told me they gave away my room. They said we would have had to be there by 11am but nobody told me this information when I texted. I told them this was unacceptable but the girl told me there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager and after a long wait he came out. I then had an Autistic meltdown in the lobby. The manager finally came out and got nasty with my husband and told us we should have been there by 11am if we wanted a room (airline delays are outside of our control). He also told me I should learn to travel (I'm a travel agent) and cursed at us in front of our children and other hotel guests that were in the lobby. Neither of us raised our voices with the manager until after that. This manager was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered and I will never visit here or send any clients here.     Poor customer service, avoid the shuttle

    We stayed here for one night after our cruise (Feb 1 2026), I've waited this long to give the hotel the opportunity to respond and fix the problem or at the very least get a half baked apology. There is not enough seating in the breakfast area to handle the cruising crowd. The problem with this hotel is with their shuttle service to and from the airport. after waited for a very long time, the shuttle did show up...with only TWO seats available. Myself, my mom, and my disabled dad. Mom ended up STANDING during the ride to the hotel, how is that remotely safe or legal? My suitcase was cracked all down the side, because the driver kept slamming the car door to try and fit our luggage (three suitcases) into an already full trunk area. To be able to get home, I had to pay for luggage wrapping at the airport ($20.00). Before we left the hotel we spoke to the "manager" who informed us that because Mom had used a third party website there was nothing he could do, but gave us his email and said if the website refused a refund to email him. We waited and attempted to contact that website and got no response, so a week later an email was sent to the hotel manager (or at least whom we were told was the manager, no real way to prove that it was).It is now the end of March and we have heard nothing from anyone. I fail to see why the website we booked with should have anything to do with the fact that this hotel's shuttle is responsible for the damage done.There are many hotels to chose from in Miami, I would not stay at this one!!     Over charged. Very poor customer service

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I arrived on the 6th Match 2026 for one night prior to a cruise. On arrival at reception the receptionist hardly spoke any English. I explained that I had already paid for the room and even showed my bank statement but he still billed me a second time. In total $480 for a very poor room that should have cost $240. In all honesty the room was was worth no more than $100. Since then I have spent two weeks trying to get a refund. I have contacted customer services and sent bank statements showing the double charge but had no reply. When I try to call the Hotel directly I am fobbed off. They do not want to even listen and transfer me to a number that no one answers. I have used IHG and Holiday inn multiple times in the past and never experienced customer service as bad as this. It is looking like I am unable to get a refund.     I stayed here with my 9 year old daughter last week before a flight out of Miami International. I wasn’t expecting much but it was great! We had a little suite and it was super cute and very clean. Short distance to airport. We didn’t use the pool as we arrived too late but it looked nice. Also left too early for breakfast. Staff were friendly. Only drawbacks were the window didn’t have a curtain on one side so the light was coming in all night. The other thing was that my Maps app couldn’t find it- after a little digging we found it’s listed as Cambria Suites as I think it must’ve been this previously. It is definitely tucked away, which isn’t bad, but not super easy to find without gps. Would definitely stay again!
