    Never Ever Again

    When we got to the hotel our rooms were not clean nor ready when they were supposed to be. At that time when we finally got to check-in we were informed that the pool was closed because they had it rented out to a private party. I’ve never heard of a hotel renting their pool out to a private party with patrons who would want to go swimming in Miami on the beach ???? the restaurant that is supposed to be open from 12:30 PM to 10 PM was also closed. We got to our room and the phone in there does not work as well so we couldn’t call downstairs to complain about all of this… we are here with 18 family members and a lot of kids and this is very disappointing. We would never ever stay here again. We have been traveling all day and was looking forward to just getting something to eat at the restaurant and going out and hanging out the pool for the rest of the evening. Now is a complete mess it looks like we’re gonna have to load 18 people up in Ubers or taxis and leave again after traveling all day.     Perfect hotel for normal travlers!

    Perfect beach front hotel for 'normal' travelers. My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect for what we needed/wanted. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella come with the room, the hotel is beach front and directly on the boardwalk, the staff was friendly and attentive (loved the valet staff!), the pool was fun, the grounds were clean and lovely. CVS and many other fun hotels/restaurants are in walking distance on the awesome boardwalk. Yes, there is construction, yes you have to pay to valet, yes the elevators are slow. None of this effected our wonderful trip in anyway.
