    Rude, homophobic and unprofessional reception staff, dirty carpets & comunal areas and when complained no apology and evasive response - they just don’t care!     Every time I need a hotel in Doral area this is always my first choice. Everyone was so welcoming especially Melany and Arianna. They texted me how is my stay?Keep up the good customer service and definitely this will be first choice. Room was spacious and cleaned. Breakfast is always a plus. All the employees I had encountered were all nice. Thank you..

    *** Diamond Elite Member*** This is my treatment. I'm writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, I found several aspects of my experience quite disappointing and feel it is important to bring these issues to your attention.Firstly, the lobby fell short of providing a welcoming atmosphere. It appeared dirty and uninviting. Although there were cookies available in the lobby, I noticed that guests were using their hands to grab them, which raised hygiene concerns for me.The condition of the elevators was another significant issue. They were not only filthy, but they also squeaked and seemed shaky, which did not inspire confidence in their safety.The rooms themselves were very disappointing. They were dirty, dusty, and had an overall outdated feel. The carpet looked questionable, and I had issues with the door, which required maintenance to fix. Even after the repair, the door did not feel secure as there was a visible gap. Additionally, the toilet in the room got clogged, causing further inconvenience.Air Conditioning unit is old and so loud cannot sleep it awful. Resturant/Bar not welcoming at all. And breakfast was tucked away in a small area and not appetizing at all. My child did not think food would be safe to eat considering everything else looked dirty.

    We are writing this review regarding a very distressing incident that occurred during out recent arrival om August 10,2025 around 4:00pm.We had our reaervation reserved via Booking.com reservation confirmed and paid in fullArrival date: August 10,2025- August 12,2025.Issue encountered: Upon arrival, we were informed that no room was available despite the reservation being paid in full. The front desk ( older spanish speaking lady) agent wanted to cancel our booking.Compounding the issue, the front desk staff ( older spanish speaking lady) responded with sarcasm, adding emotional distress to an already frustrating situation. This experience was horrible.We received our room after 7:30PM. After allot of un professional discussion by the front desk agent. We requested to speak with the manager but the same older speaking spanish lady informed she is the manager.This experience is unacceptable and requires immediate resolution. We are repeated guest of Holiday Inn hotels around the world. Never we were treated as devastating as during this check in.     GREAT STAFF, NOT SO GREAT HOTEL

    First I will say that the front desk lady that checked us in (dark hair) was amazing....the bartender in the lobby was also extremely helpful. The location is also perfect as it's close to malls, shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. However, the rooms are EXTREMELY outdated, our bathroom was filthy, the sheets had stains as did the towels. There are MANY other options to choose from in the area so proceed accordingly.
