Orlando at the breakfast wast amazing person very helpful and excellent host always smiling and keep always clean and making sure everyone gets all their asked.They have to offer more variety of food they have like 6 types of breed, and they don’t have real silver ware everything is plastic it’s not very attractive .Maria & Carlos at the front desk they provide an excellent service they tread you very respectfully and provide wonderful customer service.The customer room cleaning is very poor during my stay i ha e to come down to the front t desk to request fresh towels and requested service for my room Katherine Rivera, Sales at Home2 Suites By Hilton Miami Doral/West Airport, responded to this review Dear N9342KOdavidi, Thank you for your wonderful 5-star review. My family and I are going to Miami in July and we will all stay at this hotel! There will be 5 rooms booked. I believe that 2 reservations have already been made .But my flight arrives on July 22 at 6:35 am. I would like to know if I can do an early check-in that day, around 8:00 in the morning. If you can manage it, I will make the reservation from July 22 to 25. I would be very grateful. Thank you. This is one of my go to hotels when I’m in Miami. I love the location and checking in as always been easy. One of the highlights here is the absolutely wonderful individual that gets breakfast ready for everyone. I met Orlando today and I found out he has been here since they opened and he has always had a smile on his face and is always making sure that breakfast is just right. If he’s not behind the counter making sure breakfast is ready he is walking around cleaning tables and making sure it’s the best experience possible.
