    I found this hotel a pleasant, convenient place to stay. It was convenient to the beach and had a welcoming pool area. A deli an CVS store were nearby. The hotel was quiet and clean and the desk was staffed at 1:30 am, allowing for a quick, easy check-in even though it was really late.     Small, but beautiful hotel! Very helpful and friendly front desk workers (especially Mario). Welcoming lobby! Rooms were updated, clean and very affordable. No noise in hallways. Great air quality and AC. Loved the little restaurant in the hotel. Great pizza. The pool area provided a relaxing afternoon with complimentary pink lemonade, towels, and sun screen! We would stay here again and again.     We selected the Hotel Continental as we are Hilton Honors and we liked the reviews and photos we saw. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. I didn't get all of the names of the staff, but I did get a text from Julian shortly after we checked in to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Over the course of our stay using the text message system, Julian was extremely helpful. The room was great and the use of beach chairs and proximity to the beach was an added bonus. The breakfast on site was also really good!As a traveler with mobility issues, the staff was extremely attentive to my needs and the assistance my wife needed at times. I really can't say enough about how much we appreciated the staff, especially those at the front desk! They have a lift to help navigate the stairway and the room was spacious enough for me to use my rollator.If you are planning a trip to Miami Beach I highly recommend the Hotel Continental!
