    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I had booked the hotel and provided them with my ID but unfortunately had my credit card stolen. They would not let me check in without a physical card. I kindly tried offering every other avenue including Apple Pay, cash, photo of card, check. They cancelled my reservation and WOULDN’T refund my reservation. 0/10 customer service. Do not book here.

    Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant (Tavern) food was average. DJ in the restaurant in the evening was far too loud for a comfortable conversation.     Good hotel for transfer to cruise port

    Not a 4 star hotel but quite adequate for a few days.We stayed here on the return of a cruise for a night. The room was very nice only marred by the noise of air-conditioning unit outside and only a potable air-conditioning unit in room. Our room was opposite the only working lift on first floor.No view just a wall but for a night no problem quite adequate The bonus points for this hotel is location close to beach,nice small pool and 2 very nice terraces with great viewsWe had breakfast in the Tavern but ate out in evening as bar very noisy and expensive. I recommend the Italian restaurant Piola 2 min walk away.
