    This place is the worst - No hot water, terrible customer service

    I can only classify this hotel as a fraud. I made a reservation for 3 nights for work. A month in advance of the trip, my work schedule changed and I only needed to stay for 2 nights. I attempted to change my reservation online and over the phone. Neither were successful and no reason was given. I was told to try when I checked in. That was also not feasible by the check-in person. Again, no reason given. On check out, I was told to try their email address. Four months later, this matter has still not been resolved. No reason given. Over $500 is owed! On top of that, the shower only had cold water so I had to arrive to my meeting in a far less professional state than one should expect. The plumber "fixed" the shower that evening but by morning, once again, only cold water came out. I've had better amenities and customer service in third world countries.     Awful customer service

    The worst customer service I ever encountered in my life. I tried to get an authorized charge reversed on my folio after I departed and wa back at home. It was impossible to find someone to talk to, then when I finally got someone to pick up, they told me they would get back to me in 2 days. They never did. I called back, being transferred and hung up on continuously. ("there is no one available to take your call") for an additional 2 days. I have a case number, but no one seemed to care or help me. The charge is STILL there. In addition my room was very nosy (by the stairs) and construction was happening across the street all day long making it impossible to get any work done.     A Rare Hotel Experience Where Hospitality Still Feels Genuine

    As someone who travels constantly, I’ve stayed in more hotels than I can count, and honestly, most of them make you feel like they’re doing you a favor just by letting you check in. Genuine hospitality has become rare.That’s why my experience at Hotel Indigo Miami Brickell completely stood out.From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with warmth, professionalism, and real human kindness. Every interaction felt sincere, not scripted. Whether it was the front desk team, housekeeping, or the staff around the property, everyone carried themselves with an attitude of “how can we make your stay better?” instead of the cold, transactional energy you often get at hotels today.A special mention goes to Miani, whose well-groomed appearance, calm professionalism, and soft-spoken personality truly elevated my experience. Interacting with her was so pleasant and refreshing that it genuinely influenced my decision to extend my stay. In an industry where authentic hospitality is becoming harder to find, she represents it perfectly.Lynn was also exceptionally kind, accommodating, attentive, and an absolute pleasure to speak with. Marco and Jose were equally professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. And although I unfortunately do not remember every name, the entire staff deserves recognition for creating such a positive atmosphere.The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, comfortable, and perfectly located in Brickell, but what truly separates this place from many others is the people who work there.
