    Everything was great and up to par. Zero issues on anything with check in or check out. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and well kept. The room was perfect for what I needed and had everything I needed as well. Would 100% recommend and stay here again!     This was our second stay here — we previously visited in January 2026 and enjoyed it so much that we chose to return when visiting the area again. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and informative, which was one of the main reasons we came back.Our room was very clean, well maintained, and everything worked properly throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed taking advantage of the pool and beach access multiple times. Having access to towels and lounge chairs through their partner hotel was such a nice perk, and we also rented beach umbrellas during our beach days.We had breakfast and lunch at the hotel a couple of times and both experiences were very enjoyable. The location in South Beach is excellent — we loved walking along the beach and down to South Pointe Park several times during our stay.The hotel is also close to everything: CVS, Walgreens, many restaurants and retailers. If you forget anything at home, it’s not a big deal.     I wanted to mention a bad experience we had with valet, specifically with Erasmo. He was pretty rude from the start, and every question we asked was answered with a bad attitude. It made us feel uncomfortable and honestly not welcome at all.Not the kind of way you want to start your vacation. You have to know and being trained to work with tourists.
