    I had a very uncomfortable experience during my stay. A man entered into my room asking where the restroom was, which was both alarming and inappropriate. It made me feel unsafe and as females we felt our privacy violated. The hotel really needs to improve its signage so guests can easily find places without mistakenly entering someone else’s room.     This is a beautiful boutique hotel on the sea front on south beach. The staff were wonderful at check in and very kindly provided us with an upgrade. Wow! The room was just beautiful (suite 212). It had a beautiful sitting room, gorgeous 4 poster bed and the bathroom was unbelievable. It had 2 amazon rainshowers and a sunken jacuzzi bath. Just beautiful with a view to the front overlooking the lovely beach.We ate in the restaurant on the first night and got takeaway pizza the second night. The food and staff were just lovely and there was a 20% discount for us as we were staying here.We had access to their sister hotel roof pool and facilities. They are upgrading their own roof terrace in a similar fashion and if it is anything like their sister hotel, it will be beautiful!!! Wonderful 2 nights end to our holiday after our cruise.     Every time my family and I are In Miami n this is our go to hotel. Everyone’ is amazing especially Edwin He goes above and beyond. Wonderful staff very clean rooms. Definetely recommend.     Excellent location. Very clean and extremely comfortable king bed. We were in 3rd floor room 307, had little view of sea but rooms on the sea view side had lift next to them. Staff very friendly yet professional 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇺🇸 would go back in a flash. Busy outside but only heard noisy people one night that was on our floor. Pool clean exact temp with lively fresh free towels.
