    We really enjoyed our stay. We got a really big room with a kitchenette. I liked that it’s so close to the beach and that we had coffee in the lobby all day. Breakfast wasn’t too bad either.

    This hotel is a decent one. The best of it is the location since it’s almost at the beach.The staff is also really good and ready to help.About the rest, the hotel is begging for a full renovation of its bedrooms and elevator!The breakfast area is not big. So if you have friends and family together, you may not be able to sit together, if you can sit actually.Oh, there are no eggs of any type of bacon! So the American breakfast is not fully achieved.The only available parking is the public one at the street. Over night is one fare but during the day, be prepared. The next street has a public parking but I’m not sure the cost.Overall, it can be an option if you want the location at most or if budget is limited.

    Terrible experience. Paid $30 for advertised parking—none available, spent 2 hours searching. I'm disabled and emailed ahead asking for an accessible room—was put on the second floor, end of a long corridor. Manager refused to speak with me, no refund given, and never showed up when promised. Avoid this hotel.

    Fabulous staff who go out of their way to make sure your needs are met.Also hotel has the best location..steps to beach with chairs and towels provided.Love this place and think of it as my Miami home.I am always anxious to go back there.Bus stops are in close proximity to hotel,making it real easy to get around at very reasonable cost .

    Price -quality in the average not more. Nothing to say about the cleanliness, this is on major positive point. Room is big enough, but no well decorated, so ambiance really like a military camp. Bathroom is ridiculously small. Breakfast is ok but the area to take it is not well organised. Only a few tables, so my advice come directly when it’s open.No parking, so they have an agreement but you’ll pay 30 dollars per day.The distance to beach is also one of the most positive aspects.
