    Customer service was not a priority for the staff onsite. I could not get help to extend my stay after being on hold for 10 minutes and just booked an additional night online.     Nice hotel in Miami beach. Room was great, as was the beach and Nobu swimming pool (the other pools shared with Eden Roc have uncomfortable beds, but Nobu pool has much better beds). Front desk and bell services were excellent. Shared lobby with Eden Roc makes it less special than other Nobu hotels, but didn't really bother me.
