    Great location and service. Rooms are nice and the lobby area and restaurant area too. Víctor Turaz was very attentive to us.

    The Novotel Brickell Hotel was a cool spot for my short trip. The tv didn't work, but that was ok as I was hardly in my room. The had a lot of police activity, but maybe that's a good thing? The couch in the lobby had a huge stain on it, which was a little odd for that being your first impression when you walk in. Overall it was a decent spot to stay in Miami.

    My stay here was excellent from start to finish. The service was great, and the location is absolutely perfect. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotless. A huge plus was that after check-out, they took care of my luggage and let me hang out by the pool, which I truly appreciated. Compared to other places I’ve stayed at in Miami and the Brickell area, this one is by far the best. I would definitely stay here again!

    I had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
