    Security Deposit Still Not Refunded

    Unfortunately, my experience reflects what many other guests have already reported in previous reviews.My husband and I stayed in Room 1113 and checked out early on June 1, 2026, leaving the room in good condition and without any damages or outstanding charges. At check-in, a security deposit of approximately USD 100 was charged to our card.Despite multiple attempts to obtain information, we have still not received the refund or a clear explanation regarding when it will be processed.What is most concerning is that, after reading other reviews, I realized that several guests have reported similar issues involving delayed or missing security deposit refunds. This suggests that my case may not be an isolated incident.The hotel itself has a good location, but transparency regarding security deposits and refund timelines is essential.     This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, moldy, and there were cockroaches inside. Because of the unacceptable conditions, I was promised a refund, but instead they continued charging my card afterwards. One transaction was refunded, but they still kept taking money later without proper explanation.On top of that, my email address was somehow blocked, making communication almost impossible. The management is completely unprofessional, and the woman at the reception was shouting aggressively instead of helping resolve the situation.I would never recommend this place to anyone.     £100 charge never got refunded and still waiting, supposed to be back within 48 hours and never recieved it. Got to the room after out first night and one of the sinks had leaked all of the floor and the staff did not seem to care one bit.     Your hotel put a family with 2 kids on the street last night. The room was prepaid for and you gave it away because they had travel plans. You guys are horrible. They were having a problem and was trying to get a rentalCar after hours. They did there best and finally made it find out you had resold their room. 2 children had to sleep in a car on the street last night. You need to think about that terrible policy.
