    Stressful loud hotel

    I usually never leave reviews and don't like to leave a critical review but this hotel equals a VERY loud construction site. There is no peace, constant drilling and other unusual activities going on - very stressful hotel

    They advertise breakfast on this site and by name, and there is none. You can't even get a bottle of water from them or in the entire building. There is a "breakfast area" on the first floor and if you ask they will tell you that there is no breakfast served there. I went to check in and had a reservation and a booking code. They told me they didn't have the reservation and were booked and overbooked. I had to fight them to get the room I reserved. It was expensive. The bed was comfortable. The sleeping and living area was fine. There were hairs in the bathroom from previous guests or the cleaners that I didn't like. I went to get some food and drink at a nearby restaurant and the person sitting next to me asked if I was staying there and told me they thought it lacked amenities and was weird and overpriced.

    We were placed in this hotel by BA after missing our connection at Miami airport. No transfer bus so had to get a $30 taxi. The receptionist was a great help in advising of a place to eat, local store for a toothbrush. Beds were comfy but sadly no breakfast as the hotel had only just opened.

    Extremely noisy,loud street noise in addition to loud hotel noise,bad location-too far from anything worthwhile,a lot of crucial things in rooms are constantly broken and not getting repaired, No breakfast and all in all a low standard-insufficient hotel unfortunately

    Cannot contact the hotel using the phone number or email address provided on their website. I have tried so many times to call them, but the number seems disconnected or not in service. And two emails went unanswered. Do they even care about customer service?
