    The walls and floors are not the thickest, so you'll hear the neighbors walking and talking, but the friendliness of the staff, the location, and the price more than make up for the occasional footsteps and loud talking. I would stay here again.

    It is a very nice and cosy hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is very good, close to the beach but not too noisy. Bartender Julio is the best. Very friendly, talkative and makes best cocktails. Thank you and good luck :)

    We checked in and instantly got hit by a horrible smell in the lobby and when we got to the room it was damp, cobwebs, dusty with crumbs on chairs and hairs in the bed so we had to spend another £380 to boom another hot

    Old run down hotel they made the lobby look nice where the pictures are but it’s way overpriced for the quality of property it isI don’t know how they got four stars they must be scamming the systemAs the same stars as the W hotel has

    We ended up staying at the San Juan Hotel after a relocation, and I’m so glad we did. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Miami Beach and easy to get everywhere.The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made a stressful travel day so much better. The quaint little pool area was a hidden gem — sheltered from the wind and a perfect place to relax or get a little work done while enjoying complimentary coffee. Plus, the beach location was well equipped with loungers, umbrellas, towels, and more.Breakfast was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable — not large, but absolutely everything we needed. Overall, a charming hotel with great service and a peaceful vibe. Would happily stay here again.
