    We stayed in April 2026 and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Me and my family were greeted by a very nice lady at the check in and she was very helpful with explaining the different hotel features and where to go. Although the pool is not on property, it is a walking distance from the main building. Rooms are ok, although they need a little upgrade. When asked for extra towels or cooking utensils, we were given without hesitation. The female receptionist , I think her name was Ursula went the extra mile getting us a corkscrew from another place, because there was none at the front desk. Overall good experience.     Seaside is a great place to stay at the best price in Miami Beach. I was looking for cheap price for my own place that isn’t a hostel/shared dorm. My suite was amazing- a kitchen, living room and bedroom. Clean and simple. And felt safe. Pool was lovely and not busy, had it all to myself. Close to beach, many stores and food. Perfect. Will stay here again for sure. You got yourself a regular. Only negative- no coffee machine, I wish there were.     everything was dirty or broke, the room was dirty, we need to ask to change pillows, towels , and they changed after 3 days, never again.and they also steel our swcurity deposit , we gave 100$ , left the room like it was before, and never see that money again. the only thing, is becouse is near the beach, just this. , Owner at Seaside All Suites Hotel, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback.     Staying here now. Booked for a week. Great location, staff has been very helpful! We were so happy to be able to check in early at no extra charge! Bed was super comfortable! Pool was small but nice area to enjoy if you didn’t want to go to the beach. We stayed here to keep our costs lower and we would stay here again! The only complaint is the lack of cooking supplies for a unit that is advertised as a kitchen. Only one small frying pan and when asked for a pot they said they didn’t have any. We were definitely worried about coming here once we saw some of the reviews but were glad we ignored them! Some people are too picky. The price reflects the hotel.     Wonderful stay at Seaside

    The hotel is well appointed with a kitchen including a fridge, stove top elements, microwave and includes utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, ground coffee maker & pots. The hotel is on Collins Avenue across from the beach. There is convenient transport nearby. The trolly car is free and runs to South Beach. The 100 bus is $2.25 using cash to credit/debit card. The hotel is near Surfside and Bal Harbour by bus and an easy bus ride to Aventura Mall. The 100 bus also takes you to Downtown Miami.
