    First of all, we only stayed for one night and we were not expecting much. We wanted a hotel near the airport with a pool, breakfast, and a free shuttle, and that's what we got. At Miami airport we found the shuttle quickly as they only come from the hotel every hour on the hour. I don't think we waited 5 minutes and he was there. Very efficient.We arrived way too early as our flight landed early, and they offered us a room with early check-in for $33. Then they told us they had no rooms available for early check-in, so they checked our luggage, and we walked out to lunch to a local place called the Better Taco. What a GR8 place for lunch or dinner. All homemade, the best tacos I've ever had. So fresh and delicious but that's another story. By the time we returned, they did offer us a room without the early check-in fee. It was on the third floor and now there was no elevator. Even my 92-year-old mother was able to make it. We went for a swim in the pool. No one else there, but the pool was pretty dirty, but we managed. Lots of leaves in the pool, and no shade. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very noisy air conditioners. Water pressure was fine, plenty of hot water. The beds were very very comfortable. Coffee in the lobby available all the time which was a plus. We went to breakfast when it opened at 6:00 a.m. and it wasn't crowded as we expected. Free breakfast in the morning was more than enough for us. Juices, waffles, scrambled eggs, yogurt, delicious muffins, a toaster to make toast, cereals, fruit. Like I said more than enough. We had read that the shuttle service to the airport could be a bit insane especially on a Saturday morning so we decided to take the 7:00 a.m. shuttle and get to the airport crazy early, but the shuttle was practically empty so we were good with that.After reading all the negative reviews, we were a bit concerned, but for one night we were fine. The staff was very nice to us.

    Within 5 minutes of checkin I visited the front desk 4 times. First the key did not work, then the tv did not work, then the WiFi password did not work and finally an iron but no ironing board. There was a strange odor through the whole first floor. The carpet was damp and the ac was extremely loud. Also in a bit of a sketchy area. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

    This was the worst hotel for the price we paid. $130 for one night the water wouldn’t get hot. Only three channels on the tv actually worked. The receptionist tells you one price over the phone within minutes of arriving the price had went up. Only thing that actually worked was the air conditioning. I wouldn’t waste my money here again!!!

    I didn’t not like my stay at this hotel from the moment we checked in at front desk , the worker behind that computer was not pleasant processional at all. Not type of welcoming you felt or hospitality. His name was angel. He was very rude. He gave me a room on the first floor facing the parking lot. I asked to be switched to the third floor and he said there was no rooms ready or clean and it was already 3pm check in time. I asked him when will it be ready he doesnt know that’s the cleaning services” his response. So I said ok I’ll stay where I am worst ever. The rooms feel like you are living with your next door neighbor. 2 times there was arguments on the parking lot people screaming. I didn’t not feel comfortable here. It’s a not again for me!
