    Hotel only cares about money, not the customer

    We booked this hotel through Expedia. For last minute emergency, we wasn't able to go to the hotel. We needed to cancel, and this hotel charged us one night of penalty. I have never had this situation before. We canceled less than 1-hour after the booking. Andy, the supervisor from the front desk did not approve the cancelation without caring that there was a family emergency, which clearly indicates that this hotel only cares about money, not the customer.Everyone may have an emergency and no one book a hotel without the intention of going. Therefore, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

    Very kind staff, clean rooms, easy access location and good prices. The local mall is very close, you can walk. There is a park behind the hotel which is amazing. It is a quite hotel also... The rooms are renewing too... furnitures, carpets, windows and amenities, they have been investing to customer satisfaction.

    This is the best budget airport hotel we have stayed in during our travels in the U.S. and Mexico. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, a lovely pool area and warm, friendly service from all the guys at the front desk.Ramiro Leguizamon went above and beyond to help us during our stay on March 12th.     Hotel not bad at all. But service was terrible. I forgot a bag with packed food in the room and they said that they tossed away but for sure they keep it for themselves.
