    This hotel is antiquated, poorly maintained, in dire need of renovation and in a less than desirable neighborhood. It is near medical centers and the cruise terminal

    The facilities were a 5 but had issue with post checkout charge for parking. Didn’t have a car. Customer service to get this fixed was poor. Was not even asked at check in if I had a car.
