Location

Located in the heart of South Beach, this boutique hotel is just a couple of blocks from lively Ocean Drive and the beach. It is conveniently situated in the Art Deco district, which is a buzzing area for bars, shops and restaurants and a great spot for anyone wanting to be in the middle of the action. The famous pedestrianized Lincoln Road Mall is also within a 15-minute stroll of the hotel. Equinox Gym, one of the best on the beach, is directly opposite. Guests will find links to the public transport network in the immediate vicinity.

Facility

The hotel has 47 rooms, including 2 suites, 9 single rooms and 35 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     We stayed one night at The Cove by Renzzi and we loved every minute of it. From the moment you see it from the street, you fall in love. Its cute quiet presence in the busyness of Miami is a breath of fresh air. The lobby is beautiful and I loved all the fashion quotes on each door. Service is so friendly and welcoming. They offer beach towels for you to take to the beach that is just a short walk away . The room was beautifully decorated with an updated sleek bathroom. I loved this fashion inspired hotel! - can’t wait to come back to Miami again and stay here! - K. R from Canada

    I booked this hotel 7 months in advance for a trip in December. I had something come up last minute and had to cancel my stay. It was during Art Basel week so I know they were able to rebook the room for more than what I paid. I canceled a week before my stay which was well in the cancelation period. I was not provided a refund for the the days that I paid for. I reached out to Expedia and they told me it was between me and the hotel because I paid the hotel directly. I sent multiple e-mails and called multiple times. They responded to my e-mail but never provided a refund. I will never book this hotel again. They are a scam!!

    I booked one year out for a room through bookonline.com (DO NOT RECOMMEND). Customer service from the COVE would not provide a refund until I made another reservation prior to getting the initial refund that they said they approved. It felt like a huge scam. Very disappointed in my mistake and their customer service and lost over 300 dollars. I already felt like I was scammed- how can I book a hotel before getting the initial refund......... BUYER BEWARE

    The customer service at The Cove is outstanding. Andres at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was very busy with a lot of guests, but gave us some extra help nonetheless, and he really made us feel welcome.The hotel is very cute and well-maintained. No complaints at all.
