    A family member reserved & paid this for my birthday, so my wife and I went down for a nice evening in Miami - to see a show and have a nice dinner in a nice hotel. With GPS, we drove past this place a dozen times, there is NO signage on the hotel only a small sign on the glass door which cannot be seen from the road. Good Luck finding it!We could not find their parking lot, so I left my wife in the car and went to ask where it is. I waited at the front desk for nearly 20 minutes before anyone showed up and this person is clearly in a surly mood.Then discovered, to our horror, there is NO PARKING! No lot nearby, no hotel lot and this is downtown Miami on a Saturday night. The charming and welcoming front desk person threw (!) a paper map at me and said find it yourself when I asked where we could park.That alone should have sent us packing, but it had already been paid for and this place would not refund. So, we were literally stuck. Parked 20 blocks away, pay $50 for overnight parking and pay another $18 for an Uber to the hotel, SERIOUSLY?!We get to the hotel now thoroughly angry and frustrated and want to stay in for dinner because our car is 20 blocks away! Find out there is no bar, no restaurant, no ice machines, and this is just the beginning of this nightmare "4 star" hotel.The rolling door to the bathroom doesn't close all the way and there is a gap so that if someone is at your door and someone is in the shower, they will be on full view for anyone in the hallway.The exhaust fan doesn't work, the remote doesn't work the "window" had permanent shutters on the outside so no view, so a coffin of a room. We tried to change rooms, but again the front desk person was deeply involved with a friend, sitting in the chairs by front desk and uninterested in anyone that was at the front desk for help, after my wife said, "excuse me" a hand was flipped, and my wife was told 'in a minute' and she walked away.All this within the first HOUR we were there.I have no idea how this got to be a "4 star" because in our book, it does not get even a 1 star. We would have been better off at a Holiday Inn Express.I am deeply sorry for the person that bought this as a gift, she could not have known and sadly believed the "4 star" rating. Maybe it was at one time, but our stay was on March 8 to 9, 2024 and this place is horrendous and miserable place. Check out is at 11 am and we overslept because we didn't make dinner until nearly 10 at night because of what this place put us through, by the time we Ubered back to the hotel, it was nearly 2am and we were exhausted.At 11 am it sounded like police pounding through with a battering ram, I jumped out of bed to see what was going on and an "employee" (we assume) was angrily demanding that we get out immediately as we were already past the check-out time, as if we were squatters. I have never, ever in my life been treated like this and I travel for a living - I am in hotels nearly 7 nights out of every month all over the country. This is a nightmare I won't soon forget, and I plan on lodging a formal complaint with whoever owns this Hotel Hell posing as a place of comfort and refuge.It is hands down the worst hotel experience I or my wife have ever had, and we are in our late 30's and have traveled extensively. THE WORST HANDS DOWN!Stay there at your own peril, literally.

    Excellent stay in this cool hotel that is so conveniently located and yet remarkably quiet and peaceful. Special thanks to Jason and Daniel, the most welcoming managers who made sure all the details were perfect. I enjoyed the Zen-vibe rooftop pool, super comfortable room, and riding bikes on the beach path. Walked around the neighborhood and found amazing cafes, the museum and park. Highly recommended.

    Got to the hotel. The restaurant was closed down. The room had no hand towels or bath wash rags. The desk said we could not get any till morning. So not a very good hotel and honestly a little dirty. Also the rooms are really small. To be honest I should have paid for a more expensive hotel.

    Not recommended!!!We stayed for 3 nights and what a disappointment! Very uncomfortable huge pillow, we both woke up with headache. Towels were never replaced and left dirty and wet on the bathroom floor. Last evening a cockroach was in our room!
