    Good for Miami experience on a budget! Pictures are better than the actual place but clean, staff was nice , just a lil run down. Atmosphere is pretty , bed comfy. Paris and Camilo were great !

    We used the resort pass to spend the day here after getting off of our cruise. We got there at 10:30 and had the whole pool to ourselves for over an hour. They took our bags and gave us pool towels and lounge chairs immediately. Pari was the pool staff that helped us most and she was excellent. She even had a bracelet making station and came over and got my daughter and I so we didn’t miss it. Would highly recommend. Hot tub overlooks the canal, very pretty.

    We arrived to check in at 22:30 and were charged for services $200 deposit which is acceptable, but then were made to pay $56 per night!! Resort fee ( apparently for use of pool, gym and sun beds ) our accommodation was pre paid , very disappointing to have to pay $112 extra for two nights !     The room set up and bed is very comfortable. The TV offers many commercial free channels. Amenities are nice, good coffee. Carlos, the front desk attendant, was such a pleasure. I didn’t have reservations when I walked in. He matched the best on-line price and also found a room that was ready for early check in. I will definitely be back.     Very outdated, overpriced and little to no upkeep. The shower flooded all over the floor, no toiletries and the beds are very uncomfortable. I would never stay here again.
