    Amazing family celebration stay

    Celebrated our daughter’s sweet 16 birthday with a weekend stay and a beautiful beach day and lunch at Paralia with her friends. Everyone at the hotel was amazing. They upgraded our room at check in to an oceanfront suite and left a beautiful and thoughtful assortment of treats for our daughter. Astrid and Chloe were amazing at check in and to work with communicating before the stay and during. Yaniel and Rams at Paralia were first class with their service. The beach and pool attendants were very welcoming. Overall great stay. The resort looks brand new with all the renovations. Very tasteful, the bar in the lobby was great, pura vida and Luma for breakfast were great. Great for a romantic couples stay but also family friendly with plenty for the kids and family to do. It’s a great option as a staycation or vacation. You feel so far from miami, yet just a bridge away from all the action. We will be back and highly recommend it

    From arrival to leaving, we had a great time.Had morning yoga with Ilyse she was amazing.Had a great massage with a younger man I can’t remember his name.Breakfast was delicious.Will be coming back soon

    Nice Property- So-So Beach

    This is was one of our go-to hotels when our daughter was as student at the U and we wanted to be close enough, yet have access to a beach. the beach here is pretty narrow and all the ties we have been here (we have been here all 4 seasons), the ocean has a lot of seaweed. That said, the pool area is pretty large with sufficient lounges/umbrellas for all guests. The restaurants on property are all good as well. The pool bar menu has some very nice drink selections. Rooms are on the large side and clean. Friendly staff

    Divina.A truly special day at the The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami—one of those rare, perfect moments you wish you could hold onto a little longer. The spa experience was exceptional, but it was the people who made it unforgettable.Consuelo’s care and expertise felt so thoughtful and genuine, and Mitzi went above and beyond to arrange every detail for my family with such kindness and grace. It all came together so beautifully. If I could give seven stars, I would do so with gratitude.The entire property felt warm and welcoming. Key Biscayne was especially beautiful this weekend, and every member of the staff made us feel truly cared for. A heartfelt thank you to Millie at the Dune restaurant, who greeted us each time with a smile and such lovely service.Deep appreciation to the entire team and management for creating such a meaningful experience. I’m already looking forward to returning.

    The property is beautiful but but service was very rude- pool employee made us move chairs for “VIP guests”. These were general amenity chairs.
