טוב מלון במיקום הכי טוב שאפשר לבקש. הלכנו לכל מקום ברגל מלבד מקומות שחייב נסיעה לשם כמו קניונים או מקומות מרוחקים.מלון באווירה משפחתית עם צוות מדהים שתמיד ישמח לעזור בכל דבר. Good hotel in the best location you could ask for. We walked everywhere except for places that required driving like malls or remote places. A family-friendly hotel with an amazing staff who are always happy to help with anything. Fabulous hotel in art deco district

Fabulous art deco hotel in Miami Beach. Staff were all welcoming and we had a great room. Great breakfast choices which we enjoyed eating outside on the porch watching the world go by. Great location to explore and also for the beach . They also offer beach chairs and umbrellas if you want them. Would definitely come back again. This is a TERRIBLE and DISHONEST place to stay.

Do not stay at this hotel if you have a car as they do not have any parking and at certain times the streets are blocked and parking ramps are closed and there is no where to put your vehicle. I was told I could park it in a Walmart parking lot off the island and take an Uber to the hotel after I had just driven 6 hours to get here. They never advised me that there was no parking and I only had the reservation for 6 hours before I got there. I had a 2 night stay and I wanted to cancel as my husband drove back and forth in the car. They would not only not give me a refund for one night but they kept every dollar I spent on a 2 night stay, and then the guy at the desk stated we will re-rent it no problem. Sounds like double dipping to me at my expense. There policy even read that they would only charge a one night stay but they kept every dollar. It took the manager weeks to even get back to me because she knew they were being dishonest, and I just got a short answer of, NO REFUND. So BEWARE !! I stayed here with my two children for three nights in January 2026, and our first impression was excellent. The staff were very welcoming, and we were greeted by a pleasant and modern lobby. The rooms are not very large, but they are clean and comfortable, with good beds.The breakfast was just right, with croissants, bagels, toast, cold cuts, yogurt, cereal, and more. Most importantly, there was a proper espresso machine, so you could actually get a great-tasting coffee. Coffee was also available throughout the day, and the staff were incredibly attentive – even holding the door for us whenever we came.When we went to the beach, we were able to borrow chairs and an umbrella free of charge, which was a big plus. Considering the price compared to other hotels in the area, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place. Lovely hotel- perfect location. There was few steps to the stunning beach, also lots of restaurants and cafes near, supermarket next door. Wifi worked well(it does not always work in the Usa so well so thats why I mentiones this)We stayed in the suite and it was spacious. Daily cleaning was great. Value for the money- as this one was one of the cheapest options in the beach.The breakfast was missign protein, and had same things everyday: so that could be improved.I ordered the Birthday package to my husband: it was PERFECT, much more than I expected.
