    I booked and paid for one night thru Trip Advisor on 11/5/2025. When we checked in on 3/7/2026 they told me that my reservation was cancelled on 11/7/2025. I was also told they were sold out and there was nothing they could do. After a lot of back and forth they said they will cancel someone else's reservation and give it to me(if you can believe that) and would honor the price I had from Trip Advisor, but since they claim they never received payment from them, I had to pay the hotel and deal with Trip Advisor for a refund. Finally after we got back home from our cruise I got Trip Advisor involved and it turns out the Hotel did indeed have my fully paid reservation but most likely screwed up and gave it to someone else. I did finally get a refund from the hotel, but I was very unhappy with their customer service.

    Was comforted but the alarm kept going off all throughout the night with no explanation from the staff . All guests were wandering around the halls wondering what was up.not worth the money considering we had to get up early the next morning

    I did not get to stay there because the hotel canceled my reservation. I made a reservation with my Bonvoy app. The card on file was an old card which was replaced due to security issues. I forgot to update it. I made this reservation due to a canceled flight back to NY. The Ritz we were staying in cannot accomodate us for 2 extra nights so I made this reservation the morning of. I then went about my business touring around Miami with my daughter. At 5pm when I checked my email, they told me my reservation was canceled because they cannot charge my card. Imagine finding out at 5pm you have no hotel to stay in for the night with a 7 year-old?! I called and try to make the reservation again but they have already given by room away. What THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE was called me for a working credit card instead of emailing me that my reservation was canceled. Terrible customer service.

    Hotel was a great choice. Just a few minutes drive from the airport. Room and hotel were clean. I loved having a full-sized coffee pot in the room and a ceramic mug to drink out of (Thanks Towneplace!).A great place to overnight before a cruise. We hope to stay again!
