Location

Just 13 miles west of Miami, the hotel is just a short drive away from downtown and the world famous Miami Beach.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 693 rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. A business centre with fax machine, projector and photocopier is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its indoor and outdoor pools and pleasantly heated water. Children can enjoy a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy cycling/mountain biking and tennis. For a fee, golf is also available. Water sports enthusiasts are offered water aerobics. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and yoga. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant with air conditioning, a café and a bar. A continental breakfast buffet and lunch are served every day. Special meals, including vegetarian dishes, are also available.

    Perfection!

    This was our second stay here, the other being in the middle of covid. We were there with a group of roughly 100+ and cannot find any fault except maybe too much salt in some of the food. The maid service was excellent and flexible, all of our requests for wake up, drivers, etc., went without a hitch. I would highly recommend!

    One of the Worst!

    I thought the property looked nice, but half of the seat cushions outside were missing. I was astonished by the prices at the minibar / snacks. There is a hidden fee of like 35% charged on top of a tip just to open the tiny Pringles can, which should cost $1.00. We ended up paying about $16.00 for about 1/5th of a normal can. We caught on to the scheme, we opened a $1.00 can of soda which they were charging about $10.00 for, plus tip etc. We just went to the local store and restocked ourselves to avoid the crazy charges. Also, they charged to use the room phone, unheard of. The golf course was baked through, and the bunkers were never raked. Enjoy you're 6 hour round. I wouldn't recommend this place for the price.     Great for golf but not a nice hotel

    I stayed here for business. The staff was great. The location was perfect for me. However my room was not well cared for. The furniture was worn and cheap. Normally i wouldn't care but i conducted some of my business in the living room area of my suite and it was embarrassing. The bed was lumpy and well past due for a turn or replacement. All things considered, it was not a good value except for golfing with clients.     Patrick Fabre, Amazing customer service and professionalism

    I would like to commend Patrick Fabre, the Front Desk Manager. Upon my arrival to the hotel I did not have an existing reservation. I went to the front desk and asked if there was availability and if so I wanted to see the rooms. I had a prior bad experience down the street at another hotel. I was then graciously helped by Patrick who took me around the property and to check out a newly refurbished room. I was happy with the accommodations and Patrick assisted me with the booking and check-in process. He was extremely professional and very friendly. Throughout my stay he was available by text and call whenever I had concerns. He even assisted me when I needed to extend my stay. He immediately returned my calls and was prompt in his responses. He was so helpful. If I return to this hotel, it will be due to his excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the rooms. I am very grateful for his kindness and willingness to assist me.
