    Fue la peor experiencia que tuve quedándome en un hotel. Estuvimos tres noches allí y decidimos extender una noche más lo cual fue muy difícil porque todas las personas que trabajan en el front desk dan información totalmente diferente al guest. Cuando fui en la mañana a hacer nuevamente el proceso de extender la noche pedí que me dejaran la misma habitación y que no hicieran servicio al cuarto porque no lo necesitábamos, estando yo presente le dijeron a la chica que limpia que no nos hiciera servicio a nosotros. Cuando vuelvo en la tarde a mi habitación me doy cuenta que se habían llevado todas mis cosas, toda la comida la tiraron a la basura y cosas de aseo personal, mi ropa y cosas personales las guardaron no se donde y un libro que tenía con dos gift cards de $100 desaparecieron misteriosamente”supuestamente” lo botaron a la basura pero fui yo misma a revisar las bolsas porque necesitaba el libro y encontré toda nuestra basura excepto el libro con las gift card. Fui al día siguiente a que la manager del hotel me solucionara mi problema y no quería hacerse responsable que porque ella era manager de operaciones y no la principal, tenía muy mala actitud y me dice que le diga que fue lo supuestamente se me perdió… ósea aparte de que me botan mis cosas, se roban mi libro y mis gift cards yo salgo a deberle a ellos. Fue muy frustrante no tener una respuesta y todos se sacaban la culpa sin solucionar nada. Fue una experiencia horrible, te tratan como si fueras nada, realmente no les interesa para nada el servicio al cliente, son incompetentes en su labor. Y sabiendo que cometieron un error no son capaces de asumirlo y buscarle soluciones, tuve que faltar a mi trabajo tratando de solucionar este inconveniente y me voy realmente triste y decepcionada de de que estas personas que trabajan en hostelería y servicio sean tan inhumanas y tan poco empaticas con las personas que se hospedan allí.It was the worst experience I had staying in a hotel. We stayed there for three nights and decided to extend one more night which was very difficult because all the people who work at the front desk give totally different information to the guest. When I went in the morning to do the process of extending the night again, I asked them to leave me the same room and not to service the room because we didn't need it, since I was present, they told the cleaning girl not to serve us. When I return to my room in the afternoon I realize that they had taken all my things, all the food was thrown in the trash and personal hygiene things, my clothes and personal things were kept I don't know where and a book I had with two $100 gift cards mysteriously disappeared "supposedly" they threw it in the trash but I went myself to check the bags because I needed the book and I found all our garbage except the book with the gift cards. I went the next day for the hotel manager to solve my problem and I didn't want to be responsible because she was the operations manager and not the main one, she had a very bad attitude and she tells me to tell her that it was what I supposedly missed... bone apart from the fact that they throw away my things, they steal my book and my gift cards I go out to owe them. It was very frustrating not to have an answer and everyone took the blame without solving anything. It was a horrible experience, they treat you as if you were nothing, they really don't care about customer service at all, they are incompetent in their work. And knowing that they made a mistake they are not able to assume it and look for solutions, I had to miss my work trying to solve this inconvenience and I leave really sad and disappointed that these people who work in hospitality and service are so inhumane and so unempathetic with the people who stay there.

    Terrible Experience on multi levels

    Arrived before our cruise, late flight, no one to check us in.When we called the number in the window, hubby had to walk to another hotel, 2.5 blocks away to get a room key.Moldy smell, bed were very comfortable, the only redemption of our experience.When we went back after we got off our cruise, we discovered eted we were moved to another hotel. No one told us. We arrived and had to pay for 2 taxi trips. This 3rd hotel had no amenities at all. No pool. We are stuck here til tomorrow with nothing to do.     Not a $300 worth hotel…

    I’m not sure where all the good reviews came from. From the moment we arrived, the gentleman at the front was rude, rushed us and didn’t want to answer any questions about the local area. The pool was green and unusable.The room looked clean but if you look closer there was mold and finishing that were cracking off.     educate your staff of the night shift

    The night staff is rude,i asked for ground floor because i’m with many bags and he put me in the last floor in the back having space in ground floor,he’s seems to don’t care for the guests.The room and location are ok!The tax value is extreme for de poor staff of the night shift and the atmosphere. , Owner at Waterside Hotel, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.     Worst Experience Ever!!

    DO NOT STAY HERE!! 1. There is no parking. You have to park across the street and have to pay to park. No where did I read this information on their website. 2. I had to go down and ask for washcloths and hand towels. Received 2 washcloths, bath towel and bath mat. On day 3 before leaving for the day, I put my 'Do Not Disturb' sign out. Upon my return later that afternoon and entering my room (WITH THE SIGN STILL ON THE DOOR), housekeeping had been in my room! Went downstairs to complain. HIGHLY UPSET!! Went to plug in my electronics, phone, ear pods, watch, one of my USB cords were missing. I travel with a USB tower so its not like I could have misplaced it...it was in the tower when I left for the day and now it isn't there. I immediately went down stairs to complain. After getting very upset over someone in my room and now something missing from my room, the clerk in the office was telling me that their staff would have not stolen a cord and plug and would have no need for a cord. Then told me to go back upstairs, get a drink of water and sit down. I was so upset!! I would NOT STAY HERE!! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY HERE!!!
