    Once we got to the hotel, everything was great but getting there was a challenge. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. They took care of all of our needs once we got to the hotel.

    Worst stay at a Wingate by Wyndham ever!

    This hotel is old and dated. The furniture is worn out there were stains on the comforter. The bathroom lights are dim and don’t work well. The washcloths and towels are so old that all the nap is gone. The breakfast was awful. They had cut up hotdogs labeled as sausages. Everything they refilled was from Walmart. It was labeled orange juice, but it was Tampico orange drink Walmart.

    Night clerk failed to provide information about port shuttles and hotel mini mart. Paperwork given did not indicate that shuttle needed to be booked the day before and when asked about vending machines she failed to provide information about mini mart without repeated questioning.

    Breakfast sausage was cu up turkey hotdogs. Orange juice was actually a powdered orange drink. Very poor breakfast. Wingate only requires a franchisee to have a protein at breakfast. Just any protein. This establishment uses turkey hotdogs.

    Why I would not stay again at this hotel

    First we were not informamed on the site, or at the reception that we would not have room services everyday, so we asked the cleaning lady and she was rude. Reception is also Rude. We paid over 200 dolares per day, and when we asked for 2 hour late checkout they charge us 70 or 90 USD? What??? I usually stay in Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden inn, and that never happens, if they have availability for 2 hours more, they are ok with that. There is no room to leave the baggages safe, we had to leave behind the reception. The breakfast is something very very poor. Anyway, when I checked the reviews I thought would be same level of Hampton or Hilton, but not at all, Wont stay anymore on this one
