  We had a great short stay while passing through Moab. The pool area was spacious and excellent, and the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming.   Excellent hotel & I want to give a shout out to Matt at the front desk. He was so helpful with all of our needs. However, we had no Kleenex or trash can liners. That fell on housekeeping.   Convenient but not for non-families

  This is a family with kids place.Very busy, many go unparented so it's a bit of a jungle downstairs. They only have one person working the desk even when very busy so you have to wait for service. The pool brings in tons of flies if you don't mind it.   Disappointing service and lack of urgency from staff

  We have not had the best experience so far during our stay. Upon check-in, we specifically requested daily housekeeping, but the front desk agent failed to set it up properly, resulting in our room not being cleaned at all on our first day. When we brought this to the staff's attention, there was a noticeable lack of urgency or care in resolving the issue. We expected a much higher standard of service and attentiveness.   I would not stay again

  Average chain hotel. More suited to families who want a neat pool. Our room 332 was infested with tiny flying bugs. They were all over the shower curtain and in the shower and as I lay in bed on my phone with all lights out, two separate times, those bugs flew across the light of my screen. Gross. Shower curtain at bottom seemed to have seen better days and there was dirty residue around the drain in the tub. I wiped it with a tissue and a brown substance was on bee tissue. Staff was very responsive and cleaned it right away. But the bugs and the lack of spotless cleaning turned me off. Property could use a refresh. Just average basic chain with a bug issue. By the time we discovered the bugs in the shower, it was late and we were unpacked but I wish I would have moved rooms. It also smelled as if people had smoked in this room years ago and that smoke smell was faint but lingered. I'd pick a different hotel next time.
