  Perfect Location for Arches, Canyonlands, and Potash Road

  We stayed for two nights and booked in advance. The hotel and room were clean, and the location is very convenient with several restaurants within walking distance. It’s also well situated for sightseeing about a 15 minute drive to Arches National Park, a 20 minute drive to the beautiful Potash Road, and less than 1.5 hours from Canyonlands National Park.The room’s kitchen was clean, and any missing utensils were provided quickly when requested. Overall, it was a comfortable short stay. The property is well maintained, the breakfast offers a good selection of items, and it’s definitely worth the money.   Every December we stay in Moab for around a week. Thought we’d try this hotel in 2025.There’s hardly anyone staying here. So, it would be great for your guests if you put people in every other room…NO sharing of walls. Also, would be nice if families with kids are put in one wing on a floor, so that you don’t have to hear the thump, thump, thump of kids running up and down the hallway many times. Same re dogs…put all the barkers in the same wing. That said, when given the gift bag for being a loyal customer, there’s ear plugs in the bag. The hotel is admitting they’ve got paper thin walls.The room was spotless. Cheers to the housekeeping staff.Excellent downtown location. We come to Moab each December for a week but haven’t yet stayed downtown.Coffee is from a syrup machine, and tastes like it…it’s awful. After a couple days, both hubby and myself had “stomach issues”.The room cranks out the heat. And when you turn down the thermostat, it’ll crank out A/C.Weak shower water pressure. If this is due to wanting to cut down on water usage, it’s having the opposite effect.Man making bfast was always busy and keeping everything stocked and fresh.Bathroom door wouldn’t stay open, housekeeping put the trash bin in front of it, to keep it open, and we followed.Shout out to Courtney at the front desk.   Great stay here. Large clean room with kitchen. Excellent hot breakfast included. Close to downtown Moab and driving distance to Arches National Park and Canyonland National Park. Quiet. Good air conditioning. Recommend.   Excellent amenities, location and breakfast

  Very nice hotel that felt quite new/updated. Probably the best hotel breakfast we've ever had, with some new items daily (1 day there were homemade tortillas!). The room was perfect for our family to make lunches for the day in the kitchen and have 3 beds (including the pullout sofa). Very convenient location to the National Parks and walking around in Moab. Shopped at the City Market across the street (part of Kroger, so you can use that discount card), and neighboring Mexican (Gilbertos) and pizza (Canyon Pizza) restaurants were very good too. We used the pool after a hot day at the parks to cool down. There is also a gas grill for guest use near the pool area. Would definitely return to this hotel.   Comfortable spacious room and well provisioned hotel.

  We stayed two nights here. Room was spacious with well provisioned kitchenette and dining area, plus sofa and two large comfortable beds. We didn't use the fitness suite or pool, but they looked OK and were being used. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. We also enjoyed having coffee available 24 hrs (although it is also available in the room). Hotel is just on the edge of town, but walkable.
