  Receptionist there couldn’t identify my “partner” who scammed over 13 grand nd called the cops for a trespass but couldn’t identify the woman in the room from Texas from a “confidential agency”

  Do not come here rooms are run down the doors are on the outside in a sketchy neighborhood doors also look like to have been broken into before. Do not come here.   Choose another hotel - don't waste your money here

  There were several issues with my hotel room; bed side lamp not working, loose outlets, small hole in the wall by the front door, water leaking from the shower, dead bugs on the bathroom counter, and damage to the shower wall. I informed the manager about the issues with the hotel room and showed her photos. She offered to move me to another room, but I declined. Moving to another hotel room is very inconvenient. I was traveling by myself, I had multiple items, and I have a physical disability. Switching to another room would require physical energy that I did not have. The room was not suitable for a hotel guest. Since hotel rooms are cleaned after a guest leaves, a note should've been made about the conditions of the room. I'm not sure how staff thought the room was presentable for guests, since the issues are quite visible. I travel on a weekly basis for my job. This hotel experience was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The breakfast was also terrible; the oatmeal was incredibly watered down, only dairy milk was offered (non-dairy alternatives not available), the hot tray items were not restocked in a timely manner, and the bread/pastry items were stale. Several guests near my hotel room were smoking outside their rooms. I was under the impression that the hotel is a smoke free facility or that there were specific areas for guests to smoke. This was my first time staying at any La Quinta hotel and it was not a positive experience at all. I think the only positive aspect was the free parking. Other than that, I did my best to just use my hotel room as a place to shower and sleep. I definitely will not be staying here again.

  Rooms were old and very noisy. The grounds were dirty. There was not enough places for people to sit for breakfast. It's ok for a night if you're just passing through.   Clean & good service ! The breakfast is good fresh in the mornings . Convenient for my work days! Where I can just get ready for work and have a hot breakfast before work !
