  This hotel is the worst place I've ever stayed it has roach infestation very dirty inside and outside . There is a lot of illegal activity going on here as well i called the corporate office to no avail they claim i can't get a refund because i book on line im very unhappy but im not going to let this incident go until some one responds to my complaint.   DO NOT STAY HERE. Moments after we arrived, police cars showed up to arrest a woman who was angry that she had rented her room, and her "customer" hadn't paid her. The rooms were dirty and smelly. We cancelled our booking and got the hell out of there.   Horrible experience. 1st the room key didn't work. Once we got in the room had not been cleaned. There was dirty laundry, towels, etc and dirty bedding left crumpled up on the bed. Nasty toilet and shower including previous occupants grossness. And the smell was terrible, for sure stale tobacco or other scents. Website and front desk says they are smoke free hotel. We demanded a refund and went elsewhere. The clerk who could barely speak English wanted to give us a different room instead of a refund. I do have photos but can't load them right now.   Terrible , tacky, pure filth.

  This place is a joke. Check out time 11:00a.m. Then why is front desk knocking on my door at 9:30a.m. I don’t even want to discuss the pure filth that they had the audacity to put us in. Said that was the only room available. Then why am I walking pass rooms with the curtains open and nobody in them. I can go on and on ..plywood for a window. Toilet leaked. Air conditioner leaked. So we got water coming from both ways. Blunt roaches on the bed and table , ashes everywhere. Went back to the front desk within a few minutes of seeing this and the guy was on a phone call,Laughing , joking, ya da ya da. Waited 15 minutes before he even acknowledged me. He said there’s nothing I can do for you. Want to hear more?   I have stayed at this hotel more than a few times because of the price. Imagine an abandon hotel with sheets on the bed. If you can get past the roaches, nasty walls, bathrooms and bedding. You'll 💕 it. They should change the name because it does not represent Red Roof Inn. Why would you rent to anyone, when you know it's nasty like that. Do unto others the way you want to be treated. The boys at the front are cool, it's not their fault the hotel looks like that.
