  Worst experience that I can remember

  This hotel provided my worst experience that I can remember. Upon arrival I was notifided by the clerk that ther was no Internet, when I got to the room we discovered there was no refrigerator in any of the rooms, the breakfast consisted of various unappealing pastries,cold cereal, Juice and a bowl of minimal fruit. None of the inadequesies were poste on the online reservation form. I blame my self for not reading the reviews when I registered. The front desk attendants were not customer friendly at all. Needless to say we won't be staying ther again.P. Aiello

  This motel has no wifi no room refrigerator no room microwave so too high priced. Also no outside cameras and no parking lot security.Despite locking my bike and covering it and backing up against our room, bike was stolen. However with help of Tribe and $500 reward it was recovered. This motel and town has history of thievery. Suggest staying at the View when visiting Monument Valley or not at all

  Bait and switch pictures.

  Unhappy experience. Our room was dirty and dingy, nothing like the pictures we saw on the web when we booked the room. Very old looking. Evening staff was unconcerned. They said the best, newest rooms were for bus groups (and all those rooms were full). We paid a lot for the room expecting high quality based on the pictures. It was more like a $40 room.

  Not as bad as some of the reviews made out. Yep no internet, yep no fridge, and the air con was noisy, but…The restaurant was fine (but slow) but there La a McDonald’s and Burger King right opposite.Hugely convenient for Monument Valley, which is the main thing.Did the job, no frills, but wasn’t awful. We were dreading it due to the reviews but wasn’t that bad…

  This hotel was a huge disappointment when we arrived yesterday (7/6/2025) after a long motorcycle trip in the heat. Just the facts: Room rate $179, Room State Tax $11.42, City Business Sales Tax $12.53, City HOT (what ever that is?) $14.32 for a total of $217.27. Pricey but it is what it is. The huge disappointment was when we got to the room.....no refrigerator, no microwave, no continental breakfast and with an ambient temp of the room was 83F! For $217.27.... I would certainly expect the basic amenities!
