We stay here once a year when in the area to visit family. We usually get two premium rooms. We have noticed a decline in the rooms over time and feel they need to be updated. The furniture is the same as it was the first time we stayed here 7 years ago and somewhat worn. The wallpaper seemed dirty in the bathroom. The rug is dark so it’s hard to tell if it’s clean but it looks oldish. We generally like the hotel and find it convenient, so please corporate powers-that-be, put this property on the renovation/update list so I can come back next year and give it a five star rating instead of three.

Unwanted Guests!
31 Dec 2025
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites this past Thanksgiving weekend and I had a horrible experience. The hotel looks nice in the lobby but the rooms are unsanitary. The sofa in the little living room had dirty stains on the seat cushions and the pillows had some sort of white stains on them as well. The worst part of this stay was being bit by bedbugs and waking up to one on my pillow!!! I sent an email to the so called front desk manager, Sara Kim, including pictures and she has yet to respond to me. I informed the front desk upon my departure, sent Sara Kim an email, and called the hotel to speak to her 4 times and she was never available. I finally called corporate to have this matter escalated and also sent them an email with pictures. I was told that "pest matters" are sent to their insurance company (CNA Insurance), leaving me to believe they're used to having pests in their rooms. Anyhow, we were fully refunded for our stay but I am so disappointed in this establishment because no one ever reached out to me to check in on my well being. With the amount of money this hotel charges, they should be better with cleanliness but they do NOT care at all about their guests, they just want money to stay in those disgusting rooms. What they need to do is stop allowing pets to stay in rooms on all of the floors. There should be a dedicated floor for people and their dogs. There are quite a few people who are severely allergic to pet dander/hair and cannot be in an area that dogs were in, especially in rooms that aren't cleaned and have bed bugs. Stay here if you want but you may just wake up with an unwanted guest in your bed with you! Guest beware!!

Dear Tara,Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. It is deeply concerning and completely understandable that this experience caused distress and disappointment. Encountering bedbugs, unsanitary conditions, and unresponsive management falls far below the standard of care every guest deserves, especially during a holiday stay. The lack of follow-up and communication from our team, including multiple attempts to reach management, would understandably make anyone feel ignored and frustrated. Your concerns about cleanliness, pet accommodations, and the impact on guests with allergies are valid and important. We regret that this experience overshadowed your visit and caused such discomfort and worry. Your feedback will help highlight serious areas for review and improvement, as guest safety, well-being, and comfort should always be the top priority.Sincerely, Hotel Management

bathrooms do not have closable doors
22 Nov 2025
I do NOT recommend booking this hotel if you are traveling with someone, no matter how large the room. Their rooms have a “barn door” for the bathroom, so not only does it not actually close or seal, it is not the correct size to fully cover the door. It leads to the bedroom where you can see and hear absolutely everything going on. We were fortunate to have checked in before the rest of the wedding guests and were able to be switched to one of a handful of rooms that had a closable door. That being said, NONE of the doors lock — not the bedroom, not the bathroom. This is one of two reasons we would not stay here again. The second reason I wouldn’t stay here again is the day we were checking out, we were running a few minutes late because the wedding was the night before. At 10:57am, even with a “do not disturb” on the door so we could hurry up and get out, housekeeping starts pounding on the door. I could understand if it was 11:30am or something. It felt stingy. I travel anywhere between 10 and 20 times a year and it’s just unacceptable. The Crown Jewels of the hotel are both the front desk and the breakfast. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and prompt with any questions or issues. The breakfast was elaborate, especially the omelette station, and the staff was lovely. If you are a Starbucks person, the atmospheric Starbucks in the hotel is a huge plus. It was very cozy looking, more like the upscale ones you see in the city.Back to the accommodations: The couch that pulls out is not that comfortable, but the beds and pillows were great. The Google cast (where you cast directly from your phone to the TV) was not working. I’ve used it in other hotels without issue so I’m pretty clear on the process and there’s was not in good shape. The covers on the box springs were extremely dusty, especially near the headboard, so not great for people with allergies or asthma. We stayed for a wedding and the shuttle they hired had the perfect spot to pull up so we could board comfortably, it was a very good experience. The coffee was also great and not like other hotels were it’s acidic or watery. I also really enjoyed the tea selection and that they used real name brand sweetness instead of generic ones.

Thank you for sharing your review. We’re glad to hear that several parts of your stay stood out positively, especially the kindness and responsiveness of our front desk team, our breakfast selection, and cozy atmosphere. It’s also wonderful to know the wedding shuttle setup worked smoothly and that you enjoyed the comfort of the bed, pillows, coffee, and tea options. Please know that we understand that other aspects of your stay didn’t feel as comfortable. Privacy is important, and your perspective gives us valuable insight into how the room design works for different types of travelers. These details matter, and hearing about them directly from guests allows us to take a closer look. We’re glad parts of your stay were enjoyable, and we appreciate the insight you’ve provided as we continue refining the experience for all guests.Sincerely,Hotel Management

Meh, felt worn & not super clean.
04 Nov 2025
We stayed here two nights for a wedding that was in the hotel. Location is good, right off the highway, nice business park to walk in the mornings. The hotel seems newer, but the rooms didn't feel well kept and needed a deep cleaning. Lots of wear and tear to be seen that didn't warrant the nightly cost. Broken base boards, dirty furniture, absolutely terrible bedding and pillows. We went to Walmart and bought our own. The front desk was busy, but welcoming. They do the happy hour, and you get drink coupons. The Bartender was so confused when I ordered certain things and kept telling us we couldn't use them together. I paid for drinks, so it was just strange. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but there is an onsite option, they also have a very large Starbucks on property. This is convenient as everything else would be drivable to eat off property. I just get the feeling that this place is constantly full due to the events, so people stay here for the convenience, not the quality of the hotel to get return guests. If I had to stay in this area again, I wouldn't return.
