  Pros: very clean, modern accommodations, AC works good, elevators, nice lounge pool chairs, close entrance to beach, close to eatery’s, friendly staff, soft beds and linen, enough storage for clothing & kitchen, working washer and dryer, has towels for beach & pool, has security guards.Cons: no mirrors in the guest bedrooms, no trash cans in bedrooms, needs more hooks for wet towels & bathing suits, needs pillows on the couch, way too many ads on TV, beach wash stations low & didn’t always work, not adult friendly with a lot of kids, too much noise at pool with kids screaming and they take over the pool ALL DAY long into the night, kids get into the whirlpool at the pool (parents-do better) & they already have a kiddie pool , with 3 pools they need an adult only pool, have a small lazy river but once again kids were in it blocking it so we couldn’t get in, no bathtub rail handles.All in all we enjoyed our stay with great friends!

  Worst ever time share experience. Maybe I should listen to Check McDowell.

  Just finished check in process. Indoor parking is all low clearance. Attendant told me to park in overflow lot 2 blocks from check in. Said they’d send a golf cart over to get our luggage. Didn’t want my luggage flying all over the place on a golf cart. Concierge mentions quick 45 minute session to update my account so it is beneficial. I said she should update herself if it can be improved. My VIP status got me a view of the ocean between 2 hotels 5 blocks down the street. I’ve stayed at other Myrtle Beach resorts and been very happy. This place SUCKS!The 2 stars is for Jarret, who got our bags up to the room and stocked us up with ice. I called months ago about my room location. Car is parked 2 blocks away and our room is one block from beach side. Very busy and dangerous streets. My kids can’t walk down to the beach alone. This place is B.S.!

  Resort was fun but be warned it was black bike week and Friday & Saturday from 3 pm til 3 am all you heard were boom box motorcycles, we were on 9th floor and got very little sleep

  BEWARE! We were checking in just for a weekend get a way and the front desk immediately began pushing a presentation on us. We told them three times we were NOT interested in a presentation and finally, after one person wrote down all of their promises, we agreed to view a presentation. Every single thing we were promised was a LIE. The presentation did NOT start on time or even close to it, the presenter tried many times to force us to stay LONGER than 90 minutes and when they finally did give us the certificate (which we had to request many times), we discovered that it is only good for accommodations out of the country (Venezuela) or across the country from where we reside; no beach or mountains like most families typically vacation. We asked them from the beginning if we could redeem and use our certificate at this particular resort and were told yes, but that's NOT TRUE either. We can't get anyone on the phone who wants to help, so in essence, we were SCAMMED out of our precious TIME for LIES and promises that were not TRUE. Wyndham, the resort, the manager, the sales team, and marketing should ALL be ASHAMED of treating people like this.

  Very basic, definitely in need of renovation. The place was clean, appliances worked, and view was great. However the furniture looked like it's from 25 years ago. The floors are vinyl with no rugs, probably to make cleaning easier. The corridors are painted concrete.The staff was very accommodating bringing supplies as needed. The washing machine sounded like a jet engine and when we complained, they replaced it. There's no safety grab bars in the bathroom nor night lights. The jacuzzi tub was so loud we decided not to use it again.
