    I had a great experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites Myrtle Beach Oceanfront, and a big part of that was thanks to Amy at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She made the check-in process smooth and quick, answered all my questions with patience, and went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of.Amy’s positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out—she made me feel like more than just a guest. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in their work and truly cares about customer service.
