    Not worth the money

    rating22 Feb 2026

I can’t believe this is rated 4 stars as I am shocked it isn’t closer to a 2-stars max. Very outdated, rooms smelled, my shower had patch work fixes that were not completed or done badly, shower water pressure was horrible and hot water took a good 5 minutes to turn on. This is not worth the sta unless you need a quick stay like a side of the road motel. Some staff were nice but most had an attitude and clearly do not like working in customer service. Jenna Saintil, Owner at Hilton Naples, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.Your comments regarding the condition of the room, the odor, shower repairs, water pressure, and hot water delay are very concerning to us. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. Please know that your feedback has been shared with our maintenance and management teams so these matters can be reviewed and addressed promptly. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we need to do better. We hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide the stay you expected and deserve.Sincerely,Jenna SaintilFront Office Manager

    Pleasant experience

    rating18 Feb 2026

Just stayed for a few days. Ample seating around the pool and excellent restaurant on the premises. Beds very comfortable. Was disappointed that despite the sign in the lobby there was no live music in the restaurant on Tuesday apparently it is from Wednesday through the weekend. Jenna Saintil, Owner at Hilton Naples, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the comfortable beds, the ample seating around the pool, and our restaurant. We hope to welcome you back soon!Warm regards,Jenna SaintilFront Office Manager

Wonderful First Time Travelers to Naples

    rating15 Feb 2026

First time visitors to Naples. This hotel is located well north of the downtown area and not on the beach. We were met with very friendly faces at the hotel while checking in and all the staff were helpful throughout our 5 days at the hotel. The pool area was on the smaller side, but we were out there every day and had lunch delivered to us from the hotel restaurant. There is a pool attendant who takes your order and delivers. Michael was so friendly and informative. The hotel also has a beach shuttle, but we were not interested. The concierge, Shrepsa, organized a trip to the Everglades for us and was also very helpful and friendly. Cheyenne from the front desk texted me regularly to make sure all was ok. We stayed in a typical king bedroom. It was adequate and clean. The bathrooms could use some updating but was ok for our trip. The hotel is located across from a very nice shopping center. One night we ate a Don Shula's, the restaurant in the hotel. I didn't come to Naples to eat in the hotel, but we had an outstanding dinner at the bar. The bartender was terrific and the atmosphere was so much fun at the bar. Also, there is ample parking with no extra fee. Note this hotel is located well north of the downtown Naples area. Better to take an Uber if you are traveling to that area. It is very congested and difficult to park. This location was well suited for our purposes. We would definitely return to this hotel. Jenna Saintil, Owner at Hilton Naples, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for sharing your experience during your first visit to Naples. We’re so pleased you enjoyed your stay and found our team friendly and helpful throughout. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to Michael, Shrepsa for organizing your Everglades trip, and Cheyenne for her thoughtful follow-up. It’s also wonderful to hear you had such a great dinner at Don Shula's and enjoyed the pool service and convenient location. We appreciate your feedback regarding the bathrooms and hope to welcome you back again soon!Warm regards,Jenna SaintilFront Office Manager

    Great Hotel in Naples

This is a great hotel in Naples. Beautiful pool, friendly people, and great parking as well. This hotel is central to restaurants and attractions, and within walking distance to the beach. If you don’t want to walk, there is a cute beach shuttle. The hotel also has lovely landscaping, and the rooms are a good size. Jenna Saintil, Owner at Hilton Naples, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for the great review! We’re so happy you enjoyed our pool, friendly team, convenient location, and beach shuttle. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back soon!-Kind Regards,Jenna SaintilFront Office Manager

    Lovely hotel

We stayed at Hilton Naples because we were visiting family for my Uncle's 90th Birthday. This hotel is clean, friendly staff that go out of their way. Close to Fifth Avenue in Naples which is a hot spot with great stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this Hilton.
