  A great place to stay in Naples!

  We lived in Naples for many years prior to this stay. I don’t know if I’ve ever left a review for a hotel but this hotel deserves one. From beginning to end, it was an outstanding experience. We had one minor problem in our room, and Jeff was very accommodating in taking care of the problem. My wife, who is extremely particular about cleanliness, said it is one of the cleanest hotel rooms she has ever seen. In the morning, they had an acoustic guitar player who very tastefully played background music for breakfast. There are many places to eat at nearby and the beach is only about a mile away. Just a great place to stay!

  We had a wonderful stay in September, our second trip to the Inn at Pelican Bay in lovely Naples. The rooms are nice with beautiful views and the hotel provides a nice daily breakfast. The staff goes above & beyond to assure their guests have a wonderful time. Mandy, Ken, Keenan and all of their employees take great pride in their service. We will be returning for the value, treatment, & accommodations this hidden gem has to offer.   A Wonderful Stay Thanks to Debra, Jeff & especially Krenar!

  We just finished our stay at the Inn at Pelican Bay, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out, especially after having to leave our first hotel elsewhere because it was such a disappointment.Debra was absolutely wonderful. She was quick to help us get a room booked and took care of us throughout our entire stay. Her kindness and attention made such a difference, and we truly appreciated everything she did for us.Our room was clean, bright, and comfortable, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. Everything felt welcoming and well cared for, with plenty of comfortable spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings.Jeff, the bartender, also went out of his way to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. He was friendly, attentive, and added to the great experience.We really enjoyed the beautiful piano music by Kary one evening, which created such a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.And then there was Krenar, the bellman, who was an absolute delight! He kept us laughing, was always available to give us a ride, and even ended up arm wrestling my husband! He was such a fun part of our stay and definitely left us with some great memories. We would return again just to hang out with him!!!!From the wonderful staff to the clean, bright rooms and beautifully maintained grounds, the Inn at Pelican Bay turned what started as a disappointing hotel experience elsewhere into a really enjoyable stay.   An oasis in a desert of corporate hotels

  What a lovely hotel. It was all the extra little touches such as 2 case stands, a clothes steamer as well as an iron, umbrella etc in the room that made all the difference. So much thought and care has gone into this hotel and it shows. Breakfast outside on the patio was such a wonderful start to the day and the donuts and coffee throughout the day were much appreciated.All the staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.The room was very spacious and cleanliness levels in the room as in the rest of the hotel were to a very high standard.Although the hotel isn’t on the beach, it does run a regular mini bus service and beach chairs and umbrellas are also offered.We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this hotel.   We are definitely returning !!

  After we booked a night at this hotel as part of a 4 night in state adventure, a friend told us "you are going to love it". She was absolutely correct !From the first steps into the lobby we were struck by the beauty and "class" of this hotel. This is a non-chain hotel that seeks to provide superior service and they do just that. Shuttle service to the beach, a wonderful breakfast with seating inside or out by the pool, a small bar . . . and probably much more that we did not explore.The room was lovely and extremely comfortable.I've already marked my calendar to make a multiple night reservation next summer to our anniversary.
