  Rooms were clean and the 2 bathroom 2 bedroom suite with kitchen was perfect for our family of 4! Staff was accommodating at their quaint, cozy, location! We would definitely come back due to atmosphere and location to things we wanted to do on the beach and tours!   Older property in need of some tlc

  Interesting stay to say the least. My first visit to Marco island but liked the look of a smallish property over a high rise brand name. ProsIt was clean and pretty comfortable. Units are large.Nice screened in porch Decent food within short distanceConsExpensive! Marco is pricey but feel this property very overpriced. Band downstairs. Every night! Lots of people and parking is a nightmare Not really a full service hotel. Is it Vrbo condos or a hotel? We got locked out because of a system glitch. They only have a sort of front desk during the day. Ocean view? Not hardly. We looked at an old metal roof on one side and the band on the other.

  I wish I could have stayed longer!

  Loved it. Perfect for us, quaint, quiet but with amenities nearby. Close enough for all activities. Old Florida at its best. I am already homesick to return.   We chose this Inn for its proximity to the Hemingway shuttle at Rose Marina, and spent two days taking the shuttle to Keewaydin Island for shelling, and one day shelling on Marco beaches. The "deluxe water view" condo style unit itself was spacious and updated. We enjoyed having the kitchen and two bedrooms and bathrooms. We walked to Snook Inn for dinner the first night.But we were expecting a "water view" from our unit and were very disappointed, seeing mostly rusty tin roof during the day, and bright lights of nearby building at night. Also the pool area and grounds were in sad shape. The hot tub was not functioning. The pool was okay but greenish; I only swam once and my two friends would not try it. There was a dilapidated old patio near the pool that was blocked off with mesh screening. Check in was very strange, in a dark, hot old lobby/office. Most of the onsite shops and restaurants were closed (perhaps seasonal). The photos you see on this site are probably outdated. All in all a viable alternative to beachfront hotels, but would not return.
