  For the exchange fee amount of 30 points points was expecting a better value. The room was old, not a lot of amenities

  Great location and well-appointed unit. Beds were very comfortable. The unit was very quiet. Only negatives were the out-of-service elevator at check-out and the very pushy concierge who didn’t want to take no to the 90 minute meeting.

  Resort was typical, basic accommodations. However, not within walking distance of anything and nothing onsite.

  Check in was easy the girl at the desk was super helpful and I was extremely tired from travel. Concierge immediately wanted me to book another meeting to get a free trip. I explained inwas exhausted from travel was here for a visit for 1st time and needed a day to reset. That was accepted but was texted and had phone calls to my room until I committed. I finally did go down but did nit receive the email they said they sent which indicated I had to bring ohiti ID . I walked across the property on a tight timeline bc was going on a.m. I had to check out. I arrived and they wanted ID. I explained I didn't have it and walked across the property to get to meeting. They wouldn't let me in. So I missed the next chance for another vacation. I was on a timeline to finish packing and check out so didn't have time to run back and then sit in a 90 min mtg that already started. For the property although older it was clean , kitchenette was unexpected and althoughbthere if needed I just used the coffee maker. Nice size fridge. Bed was comfy. TV and fan didn't work in one room but maintenance came fast and solved it. Nice pool area. Easy parking. No food service just a few options to buy in lobby and 3 days a week a food truck comes to the property which I didn't use but there's no restaurant. I'd stay again because was in a good location for Opry and about 10 min drive to Broadway. Also near a pizza place that stays open until 5a .

  Went to sales office for sales pitch. The manager was rude, loud, obnoxious and ruined our session with the sales agent. I asked to take part in their reviews but they refused to send me the link. They pressure you to purchase but when you refuse they become very disrespectful.
