  This hotel is pretty bad. It took over 30 minutes to check in. The key didn’t work. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was two chicken nuggets on a cheap hamburger bun.

  The check -in line 10 people waiting with one front desk attendant. A 30 minute process, the worst I have ever experienced. One staff member who was not trained to work the front desk was emphatically ignorant, walking around and leaning on the front desk doing nothing, but getting paid.

  We paid $200 for a king suite. Toilet needed 30 minutes to fill prior to flush, shower tub had a very slow drain, $20 per person breakfast that was barely better than military field food. Would not return or recommend.

  We were recently stranded overnight in Nashville and landed at this hotel near the airport. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, noting that we were without luggage. The restaurant, while offering a limited menu, was more than adequate and also offered friendly service. Our room was clean and comfortable. While Doubltrees tend to be older properties, this property was well maintained. All-in-all, this is a nice hotel and very reasonably priced.
