Always enjoy my stay for CMA fest

My sister and have booked this hotel for years when we come into town for CMA festival. We have always been pleased with our stay. This past last visit, I arrive a bit earlier than scheduled check in time and Jonathan O. could hear how exhausted I was and he was so kind and thoughtful. I can say enough about his customers skills!! Of course the omelettes are delicious along with all the other breakfast items. I loved my stay as always and will book again next year. Again, thanks Johnathan O. for a wonder check in experience!!!

This is a hard no. Hilton should be embarrassed. The front desk staff was nowhere to be found. The room? Check my pics. The rooms are great...parking is a different story.

Been to Embassy Suites in Nashville & Miami. While the rooms are excellent, the parking situation bugs me. You have to go thru a gate to park your car. I believe I was charged for parking in Nashville. I'm just used to free parking for customers. I left my camera bag worth over 3k like a complete idiot. I went back the same day and they said nothing was turned in and to call the next day for whatever manager. I called the next day and they said to submit my claim on “Ileftmystuff.com”, WHY NOT TELL ME THAT FROM THE BEGINNING?? At this point it had already been 2 f’ing days. Long story short they were no help and had a huge loss with my cameras. Great room pricing, terrible costumer service but you get what you pay for. My best hotel experience ever

Last month, my wife and I traveled to Nashville for a week of business in Music City. We initially checked into a Marriott hotel, our usual hotel, but our room had several issues, mainly with size and overall comfort. It was not a good experience. The next morning, I set out to find a better option. After about an hour of searching for something affordable yet spacious, I was ready to give up. But I decided to try one more place. That decision led me to the Embassy Suites on Century Boulevard.When I met Kaci at the front desk, she immediately understood what I was looking for and graciously offered to show me a room to ensure it would meet our needs. The room was perfect. I told her I would return later with my wife to check in.Our week at Embassy Suites turned out to be the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve stayed in quite a few places. It truly felt like a 10-star experience, largely because of Kaci. She even sent me text messages during our stay to make sure everything was going well. If we needed anything, she made sure it was handled promptly. One evening, I noticed she was working the night shift, even though she normally worked days. I learned she was covering for someone who was out sick. Was she grumpy about it? Not at all. She was just as upbeat and welcoming as she had been each morning when I headed out to my conference.Beyond Kaci, the entire staff and experience exceeded expectations. At one point, we noticed a missing drain plug in our tub. Maintenance arrived and fixed it within five minutes. That kind of service is rare.Because of this experience, two things happened: 1. We found our Nashville hotel. 2. I’m switching from Marriott to Hilton.Thank you, Kaci. And thank you, Embassy Suites, for setting a new standard in hospitality.
