First the good. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, as was the evening reception. Unfortunately, the good ends there. I will say AFTER the renovations are done I do think this will be a better hotel, but I would not stay there until then. Hopefully management will fix all the issues. 1. Neither one of us could get the app digital key to work. 2. Both of our physical keys had to be reprogrammed during our stay (we were part of a larger group and everybody had this issue so there is something wrong with the system/keys). 3. The lobby is very hot and humid. 4. Our couch in the room was supposed to be beige but was black due to dirt/filth and should have been thrown out a long time ago. 4. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall and wouldn't hold a roll. 5. The living room TV was broken and thus should have been replace a long time ago. 6. The soda machine broke during the stay. 7. The auto front doors would just stop working/not open.I just feel like they let this property go way too long and maintenance needs a big improvement. The room rate is way too high for all these issues. There is major construction going on (which they do point out on website) but it's just a mess right now.

Room Theft
20 May 2026
Had AirPods stolen from the room. Reported it to the front desk and was told I was the FOURTH person that day to say their AirPods were stolen. The GM does not return phone calls.

Great staff, Nice location
17 May 2026
This was a great location. Close to the action, especially with the free hotel shuttle (the drivers are great), yet far enough away things don’t get too loud. Noah at the front desk is funny and helpful. Across the street from Hattie Bs. The rooms are comfortable and clean if a bit worn. We thought it was a bargain.

Rundown and not clean
02 Apr 2026
The staff were nice, but the hotel and room were not clean or maintained well at all. The bathroom was dirty. The light fixtures had a lot of rust. The shower tiles and grout had mold. One of the towels had visible grime (not a stain) from a previous guest. The ceiling had multiple, obvious repairs from water damage, and the repairs were done poorly. One of the repairs had mold showing through it. The carpet, mattresses and furniture were very old and worn down. Altogether, the place had a drab, unclean feel.

Gets the job done - mediocre
06 Mar 2026
This hotel is in need of a refurb. I am not sure about the glowing reviews - it's mediocre. It gets the job done. - Had to ask for earplugs from road and street noise. Grumpy dude at counter will get some for you. - Toilet burbled on it's own and this putrid smell came up. - Door at Floor 3 from parking has the door handle jammed. You have to put all your stuff down and pretend like you're ramming the door to get in. - You now get a "ticket" to keep track of your drinks at happy hour. Cheesy. - Door handle to room stuck like the parking door. It took about 4 tries on average to get it open by always putting my stuff on the ground. - Fridge froze my food I bought. - Shower and water goes scalding hot. - Non hotel guest from the streets hanging in hotel. - Gym: one treadmill has it's own idea of a workout for you and does random hills. The other doesn't do anything but manual. There's also a gross broken hot tub in the room next door and an ice cream freezer in another room. - From what I gather they don't have venmo/not allowed anymore for the bar or egg station guy. Best part of the stay? Egg station guy. He listens and makes the best omelettes. He is awesome. Other best part? It's so much closer to the highway to get yourself home.
