  A great base for Nashville sights

  I stayed at the hotel on a road trip from New York to Dallas to watch England in the World Cup. The hotel is modern and very clean with friendly staff. The happy hour for the rooftop pool/bar was great value with $5 for a draft beer. Very friendly service there too. Parking is close and I walked downtown/Broadway and back and felt very safe.   My husband and I traveled through Nashville on our way to Florida and stayed at this lovely hotel. Parking was easily accessible and the room clean and comfortable. Louise at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We had called prior to our arrival and she remembered us at check-in, going the extra customer service mile.   Good Hotel Overall. Parking Issues.

  This hotel was in a good location, and clean. They have a great rooftop bar, with an amazing view. Parking is easy in the garage attached to it. When we checked in, the girl did not input our license plate into reservation. When we left the next day, the garage assumed we were hourly Parkers and charged us $84 (hotel charge is $40). I told them we were at the hotel, and they said Hilton needs to verify. I called, assured it’s taken care of. Next day, garage bills us and adds $54 late fee. It’s been 4 days and about 6 calls on my end, still not taken care of. Very frustrating. Make sure they put your plate number in!!   Great, safe location.Atmosphere was fun. Rooms clean and lots of storage. Great value! Very little noise, top notch service, breakfast was great and so was the rooftop bar!   Horrible Hampton

  Don’t stay at this hotel. The lobby furniture is dirty and falling apart. The rooms are equally outdated and the bed is very uncomfortable. Bathroom has mold in it and the shower door didn’t close right. Not to mention the cabinets coming apart. The fire system wasn’t working and no one tells you that when you book the room. This is maybe a 2 star hotel at best.
