During a recent stay we initially had a reservations issue This caused us to have to move in the middle of out stay. The front desk person Cailah Spinks and housekeeping manager John Lunsford were outstanding in helping to resolve this issue on a timely manner Assisting in the room change so our inconvenience was minimized.

Great location for our planned visits. Bed was fine, room was clean with one exception. Located near shopping area…many within walking. We visit Nashville annually and would stay again. The exception to clean room was nastiness under couch end table. Housekeeping needs to look a little harder. Finally, I’m not a big time rewards member, but I was not recognized as one at any time…which isn’t big deal. I’d hate for a big time member but to be recognized.

No gluten free breakfast

I eat gluten-free for medical reasons. The Home 2 breakfast bar has zero GF offerings. Nothing! No fruit, no nothing. I had to go out for breakfast. First hotel breakfast I've found with no gluten-free options.I suggest that Home 2 management improve their breakfast bar with at least some gluten-free options.

Always a great stay here at Home2Suites Bellevue

What makes this little hotel special are the people who work here. We are Hilton Diamond members and always enjoy our stays here. I'm convinced you can stay at the nicest Hilton properties but they don't really compare to this little place because of the people who work here. They take pride in their work, they are helpful, kind, considerate and go out of their way to help their guest. Plus the location of this hotel is great. Close to many good restaurants and fast food, grocery store and movie theatre. I'd like to mention Tom specifically - he is just the kindest person. Hilton is lucky to have such a great employee! We always stay here and will continue to return!!

New and spacious in Nashville suburb

We had a very nice short stay here with daughter and dog while moving. Large, functional room was clean and everything worked (new hotel), with water, coffee and apples in lobby. Spacious room and pet-friendly. Didn't get a chance to use the fitness room or breakfast, but they looked adequate. In a newish shopping center with decent walkable dining options and plenty of well-lit parking in back (for our moving van!). Helpful front desk staffers
