This hotel is located close to all the nightlife yet lies just far enough away so that when guests come home to the hotel, they can enjoy peace and quiet. The hotel is located just a few blocks from the Summet centre, the Ryman auditorium, the Music city hall of fame, TPAC and the honky tonks of Nashville.

The hotel was built in 1916. The hotel has 113 suites, 109 single rooms and 4 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 3 lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library.     Jay, Maureen and everyone at the front desk and valet were phenomenal! The room was spacious and had a full size refrigerator, a stove top, microwave and sink plus dishes, bowls, glasses and utensils. Pricey but probably average for the downtown area. Breakfast was good also.
