WORST HOTEL—CONSTRUCTION AND HORRIBLE FRONT DESK

This was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. We were woken up at 6:45am EVERY SINGLR morning Friday-Sunday because of Construction and constant drilling and hammering . You can’t even put your head down on the pillow because of the vibrations from the drills below us. We asked the front desk to move us every day and they said no. We asked to speak to the manager and they said there never was one. How can there not be a manager for 3 days and during the weekend at a hotel? The front desk couldn’t care less, they were rude to us and condescending. They were just horrible. If you want to enjoy your time in Nashville, never stay here.
