  More Wyndham misrepresentation

  Not up to Wyndham standards. Not worth the hype. Little more than a hotel room. Meeting was another screaming match. Consultant was ignorant and disregarded any requests or concerns and lied about our status. He refused to settle our problem of consolidation of our contracts and placed all blame on us for Wyndham paperwork procedure of their staff. Refused to help in any way. He then submitted his report to place all responsibility on us for Wyndham employee’s procedure causing us excessive maintenance fees and booking restrictions. Room did not include individual laundry and had to pay for it. While Wyndham Travel & Leisure does have an office in the Margaritaville Hotel, they are not directly affiliated with the hotel. We’re really sorry this experience left you feeling frustrated and unheard, especially during your meeting. That’s not how anyone should feel when they’re trying to get clarity or help, and we can understand how upsetting that must have been. Please rest assured we will pass this information along to the Wyndham management team and ask them to reach out to you to make this right!

  We had an amazing time in Nashville! The valet staff here were absolutely amazing. Never took long to get the car out! The check in process was very easy and fast! Gillian went over a packet with us that included a map of the area and even Nashvilles go to places. Which was very nice since it was our very first time visiting! The hotel was very clean and relaxing. The Room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. Only note about the room we had was the walk in shower only had a curtain. The water just went onto the bathroom floor. We laid towels down to soak up all the water. Other than that one thing our stay was amazing! I would personally like the Thank Gillian for being so Friendly and kind!
